Frontier

Set against the backdrop of 1943, 'Frontier' follows Manel Grau, a civil servant haunted by his Republican past, who defies orders to assist Jewish refugees fleeing the Nazi regime. Alongside Juliana, a village resident, and Jérome, a cunning French smuggler, Manel embarks on a perilous journey across the Pyrenees. Their mission not only challenges their courage but also stirs memories of the Spanish Civil War, as they navigate danger and moral dilemmas in a race against time.
